• It shapes how you breathe, digest, sleep, speak, connect, and recover.
• When overwhelmed, it tightens, rushes, or numbs. When supported, it softens, regulates, and restores.
• Healing is not just emotional or physical, it is neurological. Safety must be felt in the body.
• Plants, touch, ritual, rhythm, and belonging help the nervous system remember calm.
• In my stories, the nervous system is not a diagnosis, it is a compass back to safety.
